Scope This policy covers data collected through www.helpy.az, ai.helpy.az, contact and venture forms, newsletter sign-ups, learning registration/onboarding, and Helpy Classroom. 3. Categories of data we collect • Contact & venture forms: name, email, phone, company/project, pitch, links (website, demo, LinkedIn, GitHub), category, traction, and consent records. • Newsletter: email and subscription source. • Learning profile: topic, age band, knowledge level, goals, availability, catalog/custom topic keys, onboarding answers. • Classroom: AI chat content, lesson steps, session metadata, technical logs. • Technical: IP address, browser/device data, cookies and similar identifiers (depending on your consent). 4. Purposes & legal bases We process data to respond to enquiries, review venture submissions manually, deliver personalised learning, operate accounts and authentication, maintain security (including abuse prevention), meet legal obligations, and improve our services. Where consent is required (e.g. newsletter or non-essential cookies), we ask separately. 5. AI & third-party processing Classroom features and custom topic validation may use Google Gemini or other AI APIs; only content needed to provide the service is transmitted. Providers process data under their own policies and our agreements. 6. Cookies & consent Strictly necessary cookies run the Site. Functional and analytics cookies activate only after you choose Accept or customise preferences in the cookie banner or «Cookie settings». You may change your choice at any time. 7. Email Transactional email (sign-in links, password reset, confirmations, internal notifications) is sent via Resend or an equivalent provider. Retention & security Business and venture enquiries are kept for as long as needed for the purpose, then deleted or anonymised. Learning and Classroom data may be retained while your profile or account is active or as required by law. We apply technical and organisational safeguards; no system is 100% secure. 9. Sharing We do not sell your personal data. Trusted subprocessors (hosting, email, AI, analytics) receive data only to operate the service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. 10. International transfers Subprocessors may be located in the EU, US, or other regions; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards where required. 11. Your rights You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing by emailing hello@helpy.az. We respond as promptly as practicable. You may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 12. Children We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without clear parental or guardian consent. 13.
